Return Process

  Carefully pack your items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all screws, fittings, and instruction manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned hardware, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
